How do I find the products that I am looking for?
There are three ways to find the products that you are looking for. The first is to browse our catalog for it by clicking on a tab at the top of the page. Another way is to search for it, by typing in a word or phrase in the search box and then clicking on "Find It!". When all else fails and you simply cannot find the products you want, click here and we will find it for you.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
When you find an item that you would like to purchase simply click the "Buy Now" button. If there are options to be selected on your item, such as color, you will be asked to select an option before adding the item to your cart. This will take you to your Shopping Cart and allow you to edit the items in the cart, add more items, and complete your order.
How does Allentelproducts.com protect my credit card information?
We know that you may have doubts about sending your credit card information over the Internet. That's why we extend to you the added security of sending us your credit card information via fax. This greatly increases your protection because your signature is required for us to process the order. We will never, under any circumstances, give out your credit card information or other personal information to anyone.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order is usually shipped within 12 hours of receiving your order and verifying your payment method. Some orders may take longer depending on product availability.
How do I review past orders?
To review your past orders simply click on the Log In or Your Account link at the top of every page. Then enter your customer ID and password, if you are not logged in and press continue. Then click on the Order History Page link. The next page will show all your orders along with links to your receipts.
I live outside of the United States (US) can you ship Internationally?
Of course! We ship many products overseas. Although some countries may require additional tariffs, taxes, and licenses, you will be responsible for these additional charges.
Can I return equipment if I don't like it?
Yes, within 30 days after placing your order please follow our Return Policy procedures to return your equipment.
How do I get the credit card form back for my order?
To get your credit card form back click on the link at the top the page labeled, Your Account. Then click on the Order History Page link. You will be taken to a page that shows all your past and current orders. Simply click on the order number link for the order that you need to get the form from.
Can I speak to someone on the phone to submit my order?
Yes! We maintain a toll free number that you can use if you don't feel comfortable ordering online. That number is 877-389-0000. Callers outside the U.S. should dial 1-714-536-4550. Sorry, we cannot give technical support or product assistance at these numbers.
Will you give my name and/or other information to other companies or people?
Under absolutely no circumstances will we give your information out to a third party, period. Please see our Privacy Statement for more information.
How do I make a password?
When placing an order you will need to enter your email address along with a password that you would like to use for your account with us. By giving us your email address and a password we can lock your account to unauthorized users. Your password should be something that only you can remember and one that is at least four characters long. Hint: It can contain both letters and numbers.
